Welcome to my law firm's website. Located on the south side of Indianapolis, my legal practice is concentrated on appeals, and I am also available to provide briefs, legal research, and other "contract lawyering" services to other attorneys in the Indiana legal community. I strive to provide clear writing, creative problem solving, and personal attention to my client's needs.
Appeals
My practice focuses on providing high quality appellate representation to clients in appeals to state and federal courts. I have been writing effective appellate briefs throughout my career, and pride myself in writing clearly and persuasively. In addition to Indiana state court appeals, I also have extensive experience with federal appeals in the Seventh Circuit and nationwide. I have handled both civil and criminal appeals in Indiana and in the Federal Courts of Appeals.

Briefs and "Contract Lawyering" Services
Writing a persuasive brief can be critical on summary judgment and at other stages of litigation, but many trial attorneys lack the time to write one.
