While I have experience handling most aspects of litigation, I’ve always been at my best when I can focus on writing and thinking. That is why I am focusing my practice on appeals and brief writing.

As a sole practitioner, I have great flexibility in my work arrangements. Depending on your needs and preferences I am available to “ghostwrite” a brief, enter an appearance as co-counsel, or serve as lead counsel for an appeal. Besides writing briefs I am also available for other legal work on a per project or per case basis. Reasonable rates are available on either an hourly or per project basis.
